Chief Technology Officer

Carrisa De Santis is Chief Technology Officer at LURIN where she focuses on harnessing emerging technologies and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

Prior to joining LURIN, Carissa served as Chief Technology Officer for BRIX Holdings, LLC, overseeing the technology strategy for a portfolio of renowned brands including Red Mango, Friendly’s, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Smoothie Factory, Souper Salad, Humble Donuts and Clean Juice. Her prior experience also includes a tenure as Chief Information Officer at Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., where she spearheaded significant growth across all channels and brands through her leadership of the technology group.

Carissa has received multiple awards and recognition for her achievements in technology and serves as a Governing Member for the Evanta CIO Dallas Chapter and as an Advisor to the Emerging Concepts Team.

Carissa graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Management. She is also a certified Project Manager.
